In Kind Donations

We ship all kinds of books, school supplies, medical supplies, assistive devices and lap top computers. 
Here are some of the guidelines to follow for each:

Books:

***We have very specific needs for books and we ask that you contact us before donating books to discuss your supply.  Thank you!***

School Supplies:

• Notebooks
• Pencils
• Pens
• Erasers
• Scissors
• Construction Paper
• Crayons
• Paper
• Pencil Sharpeners
• Backpacks
• Classroom resource materials such as maps, globes, charts etc...
   

Medical Supplies:

• Latex gloves
• Syringes
• Glucose Testing strips
• Dressings
• OR drapes, gowns, caps, masks
• Stethoscopes, otoscopes, ophtalmoscopes, BP cuffs
• Dressing trays
• Suction tips and tubing
• Plastic pans and basins
• Surgical sutures
• Instruments (clamps, scissors, scalpels, retractors, etc)
• Glucometers
• Depends for adults
• Thermometers
• First Aid kits
• Toothbrush and toothpaste
• Measuring tapes
• Plastic pharmacy bottles for medications
  Midwife kits

***We do not need items to be sterile because their sterility will be compromised on the shipping, unsterile items will be sterilized by the Kenyan facilities upon arrival and prior to use.***

Computer Equipment:

• Laptop computers.  Must be in good condition and Pentium 3 or higher**
• Digital cameras and tape players for audio books
